Ready to set the bar high at your next event? This citrusy foam-capped canna-cocktail combines 3mg of THC and 20mg CBD with tangerine, lemon, and an abundance of anti-inflammatory goodness.
4 oz of KIKOKO SYMPA-TEA
concentrate (To make the concentrate, brew 2 bags of Sympa-Tea in 4 oz of boiling water—2 oz per bag, allow to cool.)
4 oz tangerine juice
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz Aquafaba
2 lemon peel twists to garnish
Add the Sympa-Tea concentrate, tangerine, lemon and Aquafaba to a cocktail shaker — shake-shake-shake.
Add an ice cube and shake vigorously for 60 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
Strain the liquid into two glasses.
Pour tonic water around the edge of the shaker to gather all the foam and top off the glasses with the foam.
Garnish and serve immediately.
