JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking an ethos-aligned, proactive, and independent Office Manager + Sales Admin to efficiently manage and streamline day-to-day operations of our two offices, assist with internal events, and maintain a diverse workload as it relates to administration and sales support. They are responsible for assisting various departments, supporting company staff, and coordinating with external service providers to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively. This position will report to the Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Office and Administration:

  • Serve as the go-to person for the office
  • Manage the Ring Doorbell account and Envoy Sign-In system
  • Ensure kitchen is stocked with healthy drinks, cutlery, coffee, tea and snacks
  • Ensuring the office and kitchen are clean and organized
  • Organize mail and coordinate any office shipments
  • Organize office/off-site events, birthday celebrations, bi-weekly yoga, company-sponsored lunches, and all-hands meetings
  • Record notes for weekly Department Heads Meeting and/or any other relevant executive meetings
  • Coordinate travel schedules and booking of travel, hotels, flights
  • Record Inventory of office supplies and replenish low inventory
  • Work with Director of Operations on administrative security and processes
  • Manage remote keyless system and setting up new FOBs
  • Maintain and update employee files
  • Make ID badges for new staff
  • Manage sending and filing of NDA’s
  • Assisting various departments with special projects
  • Managing job sites/posting of new positions and initial vetting of applicants
  • Coordinate posting of open jobs
  • Other tasks as directed by management

Sales Support:

  • Coordinate medicated and unmedicated samples for Sales and Outreach teams and to different locations around the Bay
  • Help print collateral for sales/outreach team
  • Sales/Outreach event support and fill-in
  • Research new ideas and concepts as it relates to revenue and growth channels and report findings to Sales/Outreach
  • Maintain and update dispensary contact lists
  • Coordinate movement of collateral between office locations
  • Coordinate products, supplies, and samples for Sales/Outreach events
  • Publish monthly Events Calendar to ensure all staff is up to date on industry and Kikoko-related events
  • Compile team performance metrics
  • Communicate sales-related website updates to our web team
  • Ensure distributor remains stocked with sales collateral
  • Serve as the go-to person for sales-related questions from the design team and web team

JOB BRIEF:

Ensure the accuracy of inventory and METRC track and trace records. You will provide leadership in the proper implementation of track and trace processes, procedures, and systems.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on precision, efficiency, and compliance to state regulations. You understand and work with inventory tracking software, internal systems, METRC tracking software, and 3rd party integration with track and trace software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead frequent cycle counts of inventory across departments
  • Identify and solve physical and electronic inventory discrepancies
  • Inspect METRC, third-party software data, and compile reports for accuracy and compliance with state regulations
  • Work with management and team members to reduce errors in data entry and required reporting / records maintenance
  • Regularly submit findings of cycle counts and inspections to management
  • Assist with development and maintenance of SOPs for track and trace implementation and related regulatory compliance
  • Meet all department KPI’s
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Take part in overall facility cleanliness
  • Support management in additional duties as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree preferred; High School Diploma required
  • 1-2 years’ experience with METRC tracking system or similar inventory tracking software in a highly regulated industry
  • Ability to perform inventory control and audits
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Current working knowledge of the CA cannabis industry and regulations
  • Ability to adapt to frequently changing state and local regulations
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work with ERP systems and their integration with METRC

SALARY: $25/Hour

JOB BRIEF
This position exists to support the Research & Development/Quality Assurance Department in its endeavor to sustain and grow the business at Kikoko through the development of technology, capabilities, a strategic New Product Innovation Program and maintenance of a robust quality and regulatory system.

This is an entry-level position and will report to the Chief Science Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with product development including but not limited to new idea generation, prototype development, product optimization, production start-up for test market and national launching of new products.
  • Works closely with cross functional teams to coordinate and deliver high quality technical solutions that meet the desirability, feasibility and viability requirements for product innovation.
  • Uses knowledge of flavors, flavor chemistry and ingredient functionality to provide technical expertise and support for formulation and technical issues on all projects.
  • Work with vendors on formulation projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist with documentation/formulation of Master Batch Record to support quality assurance and partners.
  • Contact vendors for related information, as and when necessary. Work with supplier network to deliver meaningful impact to the company (cost reduction, innovations, etc.)
  • Utilize the ESHA Genesis R&D Software program to determine nutritional and calorie information.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments in the field of food, drug and cannabis technology.
  • Role models documentation (notebooks, written reports) and ensures proper knowledge management for all projects and protection of intellectual property.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Food science, Chemistry or related BS degree with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of food science principles, food manufacturing processes and ingredient functionality.
  • Ability to employ advanced interpretation of data and make recommendations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • ESHA/Genesis nutritional software system knowledge desired but not required.

KIKOKO is immediately hiring a Brand Educator to provide cannabis-related education to our customers and dispensary employees. This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with dispensaries and Kikoko team to build schedule of in-store product demonstrations every month
  • Visit dispensaries for demos and patient appreciation events
  • Represent Kikoko at trade shows and lifestyle events
  • Ensure Kikoko product and printed educational materials are stocked and properly displayed in dispensaries
  • Learn the details of Kikoko products, including how products are made, their effects and best uses
  • Collaborate with team to execute promotions for distributor and dispensaries
