JOB BRIEF:

The Territory Account Manager has a passion for cannabis as a medicinal and recreational alternative and is responsible for providing cannabis-related education to customers and dispensary associates. Territory Account Managers are responsible for a number of accounts within their designated territory. They are a self-starter, strategic about time organization, and can successfully function in an independent environment. In addition, Territory Account Managers represent Kikoko in a professional manner, are punctual, and have the ability to adapt to various personality types. You will spend the majority of your time conducting brand demos and staff trainings, as well as conducting dispensary visits and other field activities as directed by your director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being responsible for a designated area of accounts and building meaningful relationships with those accounts
  • Coordinate with dispensaries and Kikoko team to build schedule of in-store product demonstrations every month
  • Visit dispensaries for demos and patient appreciation events
  • Represent Kikoko at trade shows and lifestyle events
  • Provide education in the form of staff trainings or out-of-dispensary events
  • Ensure Kikoko products and printed educational materials are stocked and properly displayed in dispensaries
  • Learn the details of Kikoko products, including how products are made, their effects and best uses
  • Collaborate with team to execute promotions for distributor and dispensaries
  • Collaborate with groups and/or individuals outside of dispensaries in order to build overall community awareness of our brand and to improve DTC sales
  • Provide custom displays to accounts in order to boost sales and recognition
  • Enthusiastically relate products to customers by asking the right questions and tailoring suggestions to each individual
  • Make recommendations on sales and educational collateral needs and updates
  • Build relationships with dispensary staff and other industry professionals in a positive way, building an outstanding reputation for Kikoko through every interaction and connection
  • Represent company in a professional, friendly manner
  • Maintain inventory of materials necessary to execute events
  • Complete administrative tasks related to back-end organization of above responsibilities
  • Document activities in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Commitment to most days being out in the field visiting accounts
  • Work with director to understand and execute account activities
  • Take notice of different trends in the dispensary environment
  • Create meaningful relationships with new accounts
  • Other tasks as directed by management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Over the age of 21
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within California
  • Valid Driver’s License

The Brand Ambassador has a passion for cannabis as a medicinal and recreational alternative and is responsible for providing cannabis-focused education to our customers and dispensary associates. They are a self-starter, strategic about time organization, and can successfully function in an independent environment. In addition, Brand Ambassadors represent Kikoko in a professional manner, are punctual, and have the ability to adapt to various personality types and work settings. The person will spend the majority of their time conducting in-store demonstrations and staff trainings at our retail partners, as well as doing dispensary visits, executing merchandising and display installations and other field activities administered by your director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with dispensaries and Kikoko team to build plan and schedule of in-store product demonstrations
  • Provide education in the form of staff trainings or out-of-dispensary events
  • Represent Kikoko at trade shows and lifestyle events
  • Ensure Kikoko products, printed educational materials and merchandising materials are stocked and properly displayed in dispensaries
  • Self-educate on the details of Kikoko products, including how products are made, their effects and best uses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotions for dispensaries
  • Collaborate with groups and/or individuals outside of dispensaries in order to build overall community awareness of our brand and to improve DTC sales
  • Partner w/internal teams to create custom displays to accounts in order to boost sales and recognition
  • Make recommendations on sales and educational collateral needs and updates
  • Build relationships with dispensary staff and other industry professionals in a positive way; fostering an outstanding reputation for Kikoko through every interaction and connection
  • Represent company in a professional, friendly manner and be a Kikoko evangelist
  • Maintain inventory of materials necessary to execute in-store demonstrations and events
  • Complete administrative tasks related to back-end organization of above responsibilities
  • Document activities in company Copper CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Commitment of 3-4 field days of visiting accounts
  • Other tasks as directed by management, working towards company-wide revenue goals

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Over the age of 21

  • Ability to work autonomously and be accountable
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
