CANNABIS-INFUSED COCKTAIL REPLACEMENTS

Enjoy these delicious teatail recipes that Kikoko’s mixologist made from our cannabis-infused teas — perfect whether you are having a party of one or one hundred.
MAKES: ONE 6oz. SERVING
4 oz water
1/3 ripe peach (sliced)
1/2 oz honey
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
6 fresh Thai basil leaves
Thai basil sprig with flowers
Freshly ground nutmeg
Steep 1 tea bag of Positivi-Tea in 4 oz hot water for 6 minutes.
Remove tea bag and set drink aside to cool.
Combine peach slices with honey in a cocktail shaker and muddle until peaches are broken up.
Add tea, lemon juice, Thai basil and ice.
Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
Strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with Thai basil sprig and nutmeg.
MAKES: ONE 6oz. SERVING
1 oz guava
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz agave
1 oz carrot
1/2 oz lime juice
Lime wheel
Steep 1 bag of Sensuali-Tea in 4 oz hot water for 6 minutes.
Remove tea bag and set drink aside to cool.
Stir to mix Sensualit-Tea, guava nectar, agave, and orange, carrot and lime juices.
Pour mixture into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with lime wheel.

MAKES: TWO 4oz. SERVINGS
8 oz water
1 cup fresh watermelon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Handful of mint
Slice of watermelon
Steep the Sensuali-Tea in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Stir in the maple syrup.
Place brew in the fridge to cool.
Place mint and a teaspoon of maple syrup in glass for muddling; muddle mint.
Add watermelon juice and stir vigorously.
Pour over ice and garnish each glass with a wedge of watermelon.

12 oz water
½ chopped jalapeño
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 lime wedges for garnish
Steep the Positivi-Tea in 12 oz of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the honey and jalapeño.
Place brew in the fridge to cool.
Add lime juice; stir vigorously.
Pour over ice and garnish each glass with a wedge of lime.

12 oz. water
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 grapefruit wedges
Steep the Sensuali-Tea bags and the rosemary sprig in 12 oz of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Stir in the honey.
Place brew in the the fridge to cool.
Add lime and grapefruit juices; stir vigorously.
Pour over ice, garnishing each glass with a wedge of grapefruit.

8 oz. water
1 tablespoon honey
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
Steep the Sensuali-Tea bags and the rosemary sprig in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Stir in the honey.
Put the mixture in the fridge to cool.
Stir vigorously before serving (martini glasses preferable).
Garnish with a small rosemary sprig.

MAKES: SINGLE 8oz. SERVING
(MULTIPLY BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE)
4oz. water
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh lavender
1 sprig fresh mint
5 kumquats, quartered
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon Happy Girl Kitchen Co pickled beet juice
garnish: Fresh-cut California poppy and fresh herb sprigs
Pour over ice
Combine water, fresh herbs, kumquats and honey in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove from heat, pour into glass with Sympa-Tea tea bag and steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag and chill in the fridge.
Pour over tall glass full of ice, drizzle the beet juice on top and garnish with a California poppy (yes, it’s edible and it’s legal as long as you don’t pluck it from state property.) Serve chilled.
Kikoko TeaTails - The Betty
Sympa-Tea is high in feel-good CBDs and low in THC (the cannabinoid that gives you that “high” feeling), so it’s a great starter tea for anyone new to cannabis consumables.
MAKES: SINGLE 4oz. SERVING

4oz. water
¼ of a cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon juice of fresh orange
½ teaspoon of raw maple syrup
leftover juice of orange + ground cinnamon for garnish
Simmer the Sympa-Tea tea bag and cinnamon stick in water for 15 minutes.
Remove tea bag and cinnamon stick.
Add orange juice and raw maple syrup. Stir.
Dip the rim of a glass in orange juice, then coat in ground cinnamon and garnish with an orange slice. Serve chilled.

Remove cinnamon stick and pour into glass with Sensuali-Tea tea bag and steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag and garnish with a candied blood orange slice. Serve warm.

2 tablespoons cranberry juice
2 teaspoons honey
2oz. sparkling water
garnish: pomegranate seeds
Combine water, cranberry juice and honey in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove from heat, pour into glass with Sensuali-Tea tea bag and steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag, chill and add sparkling water.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.

Go gently into your good night with THE GOLIGHTLY as your go-to nog-like teatail to serve late night as the party winds down. Serve an hour before lights out and not a creature will be stirring. . . not even a mouse.
MAKES: SINGLE 6oz. SERVING
(MULTIPLY BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE)
6oz. water
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoons honey
a pinch of ground cinnamon
garnish: ground cinnamon
Combine water, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove from heat, pour into glass with Tranquili-Tea tea bag and steep 5 minutes.
Blend on medium for one minute to froth.
Garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon. Serve warm.
