Kikoko Teatails The Madre with Sympa-Tea
THE MADRE is the mother of all Kikoko teatails (our healthy alcohol replacement drinks). The garden of earthly delights is a bouquet of earthy goodness mixed with the soothing benefits of Sympa-Tea’s, low-dose, feel-good, healthful nature. California mommas can really, really relax this Mother’s Day!
MAKES: SINGLE 8oz. SERVING
(MULTIPLY BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE)
1 teabag KIKOKO™ Sympa-Tea
4oz. water
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh lavender
1 sprig fresh mint
5 kumquats, quartered
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon Happy Girl Kitchen Co pickled beet juice
garnish: Fresh-cut California poppy and fresh herb sprigs
Pour over ice
Combine water, fresh herbs, kumquats and honey in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove from heat, pour into glass with Sympa-Tea teabag and steep 5 minutes.
Remove teabag and chill in the fridge.
Pour over tall glass full of ice, drizzle the beet juice on top and garnish with a California poppy (yes, it’s edible and it’s legal as long as you don’t pluck it from state property.) Serve chilled.

Sympa-Tea is high in feel-good CBDs and low in THC (the cannabinoid that gives you that “high” feeling), so it’s a great starter tea for anyone new to cannabis consumables.
MAKES: SINGLE 4oz. SERVING
(MULTIPLY BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE)
4oz. water
¼ of a cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon juice of fresh orange
½ teaspoon of raw maple syrup
leftover juice of orange + ground cinnamon for garnish
Simmer the Sympa-Tea teabag and cinnamon stick in water for 15 minutes.
Remove teabag and cinnamon stick.
Add orange juice and raw maple syrup. Stir.
Dip the rim of a glass in orange juice, then coat in ground cinnamon and garnish with an orange slice. Serve chilled.

Combine water, cranberry juice, honey and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove cinnamon stick and pour into glass with Sensuali-Tea teabag and steep 5 minutes.
Remove teabag and garnish with a candied blood orange slice. Serve warm.

6oz. water
2 tablespoons cranberry juice
2 teaspoons honey
2oz. sparkling water
garnish: pomegranate seeds
Combine water, cranberry juice and honey in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove from heat, pour into glass with Sensuali-Tea teabag and steep 5 minutes.
Remove teabag, chill and add sparkling water.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.

Go gently into your good night with THE GOLIGHTLY as your go-to nog-like teatail to serve late night as the party winds down. Serve an hour before lights out and not a creature will be stirring. . . not even a mouse.

(MULTIPLY BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE)
6oz. water
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoons honey
a pinch of ground cinnamon
garnish: ground cinnamon
Combine water, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Remove from heat, pour into glass with Tranquili-Tea teabag and steep 5 minutes.
Blend on medium for one minute to froth.
Garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon. Serve warm.
