Refund Policy

We hope you love your teas as much as we think you will, but if for some extraordinary reason you don’t, please let us know at hello@kikoko.com.

Our Policy

We’ll accept unopened items for a full refund, minus cost of initial shipping. Please note that they must be returned within 14 days of ordering and you are responsible for arranging and paying for the delivery. (We suggest you do not use USPS as it is federally illegal).

We are unable to accept returns on partially used or opened items, but will happily send you another flavor as a replacement. Finding the best-suited tea can take a little time and varies greatly between people. Our team would love to provide assistance to support your needs, and we’re always open to hearing feedback on our products or service. As an FYI, we’ll replace the same tea only once (just to prevent ordering abuse, although we know you’d never do such a thing).
