A tiny bit of Melatonin combined with the drowsy-making cannabinoid CBN coupled with calcium, antioxidants, and vitamins A, D, and B12. You’ll drift off feeling rightly smug about all that nourishment happening while you slumber prettily.
1 cup oat milk
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large pinch cardamom powder
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer.
Stir frequently for 5 minutes.
Pour into a mug and sip your way to sleep.
