INGREDIENTS
1 cup of frozen KIKOKO SYMPA-TEA concentrate (To make the concentrate, brew two bags of Sympa‑Tea in 8 oz of boiling water (4 oz per bag), allow to cool then freeze in an ice cube tray.)
¾ cup fresh pineapple
½ cup creme of coconut
1 tablespoon lime juice
Pineapple leaves and wedges for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth.
Divide mixture into two glasses.
