1 tea bag KIKOKO POSITIVI-TEA
4 oz water
1/3 ripe peach (sliced)
1/2 oz honey
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
6 fresh Thai basil leaves
Thai basil sprig with flowers
Freshly ground nutmeg
Steep 1 tea bag of Positivi-Tea in 4 oz hot water for 6 minutes.
Remove tea bag and set drink aside to cool.
Combine peach slices with honey in a cocktail shaker and muddle until peaches are broken up.
Add tea, lemon juice, Thai basil and ice.
Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
Strain into ice-filled glass.
Garnish with Thai basil sprig and nutmeg.
